A second version with exactly the same tracks and sleeve exists (this one comes with a different matrix, and runouts are etched differently), as well as a third mispressed version.
Track A is actually divided into three tracks.
A sticker on the front cover states the actual tracklisting instead of the backside of the cover that states King Tut (US Remix) and Rainforest (US Remix). The B side has catalogue number CHS 22 2860.

There was a second version from this record released. It has on Side B the complete tracklist (Fly By Night, Dolores and The Asylum (It'z Weird) and the catalog#: CHS 22 2860 from 19 (Destruction Mix).
Also was the second version released in the same cover, but with wrong tracklist on the back for Side B. King Tut (U.S. Mix), Rainforest (U.S. Mix) and Fly By Night was printed. It was corrected with a sticker, which has the right track names and was pasted over on the back from the tracklist Side B.
On some releases is this sticker on the front from the sleeve.
Comes with Obi and fact/song sheet.
Matrix number in run out is CHS 32 2860
Side 2 has three tracks however the second track has been deliberately scratched out so as to render it unplayable.
One of the few copies with rainforest on the b-side
Picture sleeve depicts helicopters in combat & plain black on reverse.
