Frankie Ford's album, Growing Pains, is an impressive collection of 12 tracks that showcase his versatile and soulful voice. The album spans a range of genres, from blues to rock and roll, and each song is crafted with precision and passion.

The album opens with the upbeat and catchy "Mama Don't Allow No Twistin'," which sets the tone for the rest of the record. Other standout tracks include the bluesy "Cheatin' Woman," the soulful "My Southern Belle," and the rock and roll anthem "Sea Cruise."
